LEGAL SETTLEMENT MEANS PROGRESS FOR COASTAL ENCINITAS

Endangered Habitats League, represented by Chatten-Brown Law Group, challenged the approval by the City of Encinitas of a proposed condominium project near the Batiquitos Lagoon, for violations of the California Environmental Quality Act and California Coastal Act.
